An introduction to studying photography through the study of different genres of photography including portraits, documentary and master photographers.
Students will develop skills utilising the manual mode on SLR cameras, studio lighting and basic concepts within editing and post production with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

The aim of this project was to experiment with different types of lighting (both natural and in the studio) and the effect this can have in enhancing expression and mood in a portrait.
